Airport Pickup Instructions
Please keep your cell phone, WhatsApp, or iMessage working at Orlando airport. If needed, connect to the airport free Wi-Fi.
After you have your luggage, please go outside on the baggage claim level. Please do not go to the ground transportation level.
You will see a curbside pickup number above the curbside lane, not above the door. Please send us that number, and we will come there to pick you up.

After luggage and customs, please take the monorail to Terminal B and go outside on Level 3. Please do not go to the ground transportation level.

Policies
Airport pickups: Includes up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after flight landing.
Non-airport pickups: Includes up to 15 minutes of free waiting time after scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time: May be charged depending on driver availability and schedule.
No-show: If the customer cannot be reached and does not appear after the included waiting time, the booking may be marked as no-show and may not be refundable.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be non-refundable.
Same-day bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed.
No-show bookings may not qualify for a refund.
If we are unable to provide the confirmed service due to our own operational issue, the customer will receive a full refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
Full payment is required to confirm a booking.
We accept secure online payment by card.
Payment links are sent only after trip details and availability are confirmed.
We do not store customer card information.
