Refund requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be processed automatically. Requests within 24 hours of pickup are subject to our cancellation policy and manual review.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be non-refundable.

Same-day bookings may be non-refundable once confirmed.

No-show bookings may not qualify for a refund.

If we cannot provide the confirmed service due to our operational issue, the customer receives a full refund.

Flight cancellation, major flight delay, and other same-day issues within 24 hours are reviewed manually and require approval from Orange Holiday Transportation before any refund is processed.
